Sterno fuel is used to heat the unit, 4 sterno will heat to about 160" indoors, outdoors may need more depending on the climate.
When resting on a bun pan the hot box can hold (10) 4'' deep full food pans.
Includes 15 Bun Pans, but will hold up to 32.
