Position Summary:
We’re seeking positive and motivated individuals who embody our Core Values of Consistency, Adaptability, Reliability, and Teamwork (CART) to join our inventory team as a Tow Motor & Forklift Operator. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating tow motors, forklifts, and other equipment to move, load, and unload rental equipment/items throughout our facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tow motors, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Transport inventory and equipment to and from storage locations, staging areas, and loading docks.
- Follow proper procedures for stacking, wrapping, and securing items.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and maintaining cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work Conditions:
- Work is performed in a well-lit, clean warehouse setting, in which some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned.
- Safety is a priority—proper safety equipment and training are provided.
- Physical demands include bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Schedule and Pay:
- Pay: $18 – $20 per hour based on experience
- 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) = 3 consecutive days off
- Shift: Wednesday – Saturday from 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Seasonal Position: Our busiest months run from April through October. However, there is potential for long-term employment based on factors such as attendance, performance, and business needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required.
- Prior experience operating tow motors and/or forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive movements in a warehouse environment.
- Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index.
- Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana).
