Position Summary:
We're seeking dedicated Delivery Service Representatives (DSRs) to handle multi-stop deliveries and pickups for both corporate and residential clients within our service markets. As a DSR, you'll play a vital role in loading and unloading furniture-type items onto various-sized vehicles, ensuring timely and professional delivery, setup, and breakdown at different venues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive various-sized vehicles, including Sprinters and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL), to complete deliveries and pickups.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups while collaborating with our team to handle events seamlessly.

Coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling of equipment and fulfillment of orders.

Conduct quality control inspections to maintain our high company standards.

Operate moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks as needed.

Follow routes established by Transportation Specialists to meet company and client expectations.

Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) procedures.

Perform additional duties as required.
Work Conditions:

Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in various locations and weather conditions.

Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.

Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Schedule and Pay:
- The average earning for this position in 2023 was $72,000.
- Monday – Friday and weekends as needed.
- Availability for 2-3 weekends per month is required.
- Flexibility required for varying start/end times, ranging from early mornings to late evenings.
- Potential for overtime during peak seasons.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (less than 4 points in the last 3 years). CDL is not required.

Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) is required.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Maintain professionalism when representing our company at various event venues.

Experience with tow motors and pallet jacks preferred but not required.

Strong basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Capacity to meet the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting; Regularly and repeatedly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.

Willingness to undergo cross-training and work in other departments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Successful completion of company background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
