If you have a rental emergency outside of our standard business hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday, please call our hot line number at 877.901.0000 and select option 2 to leave your important rental message. One of our team members will follow up with you.

Professional Delivery
Our delivery service team will be an extension of your own event team! Our uniformed delivery reps are trained, DOT-certified, and polite. They are equipped with proprietary logistical tools to efficiently and safely deliver and pick up your order.

Labor
We offer labor services for set up and breakdown for all of our rental items. Simply provide a drawing or diagram layout of how you want the items placed by our drivers in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.

Design
Utilize our talented team to turn your ideas into reality. We have interactive design centers that house all of our rental products. We welcome you to schedule an appointment to come and personalize your event. We are also happy to stylize a personalized mood board, mail you linen swatches, and send you photos of product pairings.

Site Inspection
Our team is happy to meet you on-site to logistically ensure our delivery reps are set up for success prior to your wedding, party, or corporate event. While walking your space we can help determine the best rental options and even suggest products you might not have thought of such as patio heaters, bars, garbage cans, and sanitation stations.

Floor Plan
Not sure of the length of backdrop you will need? By providing us the dimensions of your space, we can create a scaled floorplan to lay out pipe and drape, staging, dance floor, tables, chairs, event furniture, and more to complete your event.
