Fountain comes with 12 pounds of dark chocolate.  Additional 2 pound bags of dark chocolate are available for resale. 

You need a minimum of 8 lbs to get the chocolate moving fluidly through the unit.  Chocolate can always be added when the solid fluidity between tiers reduces as the chocolate is being consumed.
